Calm, reassuring, professional security and protection

Sagacity provides professional security and protection expertise to enable people to feel safe and secure. Their services are predominantly focused on three main areas: Close Protection, Residential Security and Corporate Security.

What was the challenge?

We were asked to define and launch this new venture following the founders’ initial concept of a new kind of security and protection business – one that reflects the changing world of wealth and risk.

Discovering and understanding the concerns and motivations of the ultra-wealthy, and then positioning Sagacity’s brand to appeal to this incredibly niche audience, was the key facet of this project.

How did we respond?

Working with the founders, we undertook a brand discovery and articulation exercise to define Sagacity’s offering and points of difference, to enable them to stand out in a mature business sector.

We then delivered a full branding scheme to define their visual appearance, tone of voice and brand messaging. We then launched the business with the completion of the website to clearly communicate their skills, expertise and service offering to their prospective clients.

What else did we do?

Besides the main challenge of defining the brand and producing the new website, we also helped write and edit the website copy, as well as supply printed business cards.

We also delivered a comprehensive brand guidelines document and have set up ongoing website security, update and maintenance processes.
